API 6A and 6D shell, seat, and body tests up to 15,000 psi. Calibrated chart records.
Gas / pneumatic
Low-pressure leakage and seat-leak per API 6D Annex F. Bubble-tight verification.
Fugitive emission
API 624 / ISO 15848 fugitive-emission testing for valves on EPA-tracked service.
Coating & wall thickness
DFT and UT on incoming and outgoing line pipe, fittings, and OCTG.
PMI / chemistry
Positive material identification by handheld XRF. Chemistry verification on alloy fittings.
Dimensional inspection
Bore, OD, threads, and seat dimensions verified before fabrication and before shipment.
