Consignment. Stocked, counted, paid on usage.

Move inventory off your books and into our hands. We stock the consumables your crews burn through, count them weekly, and you only pay for what's been consumed.

How it works

Four steps. No software install required.

01

Scope the yard

We walk your yard, pull your usage history, and propose a stocking list — typical 60-200 SKUs of consumables and rapid-wear parts.

02

Stock at our cost

TIBRSupply ships and stocks the inventory at your site. Title stays with us until consumption.

03

Count weekly

Field tech visits weekly, scans bins, replenishes to par. You see live counts in the dashboard.

04

Bill on usage

You only pay for what was consumed — net 30, weekly invoice cycle, line-itemized to your cost center.

Best fit when

You hate writing POs for $19 thread compound.

Consignment makes the most sense for high-frequency, low-dollar consumables: thread compound, gloves, FRC, fasteners, gaskets, sample bottles. The categories where the PO cycle costs more than the part.

01

Working capital

Inventory stays on TIBRSupply's balance sheet until consumed. Frees procurement budget for higher-value purchases.

02

Stockout reduction

Weekly count + par-level replenishment means crews stop hunting for parts mid-job.

03

Predictable spend

Weekly invoice with line-item detail. Cost-center allocation done at the count, not the PO.

04

No ERP integration

Unlike VMI, consignment requires zero IT work. Your team keeps using your existing systems.
